Tanto Beauty is an online shop specialised in Korean and Asian cosmetics, operated from Spain. For any enquiry, email hola@tantobeauty.com. Full company details are in the legal notice.

We do our best to show accurate images, ingredients and descriptions. Shade or packaging may vary on the manufacturer's side. Stock is limited; if a product sells out after your order we'll let you know and refund the affected line.

Prices are shown in euros, taxes included. Shipping is calculated at checkout before payment. We accept the payment methods listed on the checkout page. Charges are made when you confirm your order through our secure payment provider.

You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Shipping times and rates are detailed on the shipping page. Ownership and risk of loss transfer at the moment of delivery.

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw without justification. For hygiene reasons, cosmetics that have been opened or whose original seal has been broken are excluded. The procedure, form and return address are in returns.

Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity. If you receive a damaged or non-conforming item, email us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we'll resolve it as soon as possible.

You agree to use the shop in accordance with the law, without attempting to access restricted areas, disrupt the site or make fraudulent purchases. We may cancel orders where we detect misuse.

Trademarks, images and text on the site belong to their respective owners and to Tanto Beauty. Reproduction is not permitted without prior authorisation.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. You can access the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these terms to reflect legal or operational changes. The version in force on the date you place your order applies.
