We prepare every order in 24-48 business hours from our European warehouse, with full tracking and protective packaging for your favourite products.
During high-demand periods (sales, Black Friday, Christmas or special launches) and on local or national holidays, processing and shipping times may extend to 5-7 business days.

Orders placed before 14:00 ship the same day
Tracking
You'll get an email with the tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can also check the status from your account or on the tracking page with your email and order number.
Customs
All EU shipments are duty-free. For shipments to the Canary Islands over €150, customs clearance is paid by the recipient.
Not at home?
Our couriers attempt delivery up to twice and leave a notice. You can redirect the shipment to a pickup point (Parcel Shop) of your choice.
