How to manage your online return
- Fill out and submit the Withdrawal Form to formalise your right of withdrawal.
- Ship the products to the warehouse address we'll send you by email. If you prefer, you can request a home pickup: the €3.99 fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Wait for our team to check that everything arrives intact and unopened.
- We'll issue the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Non-returnable products
For hygiene reasons, cosmetics or make-up products that have been opened or tested cannot be returned, unless there's a manufacturing defect.
Arrived damaged or faulty?
If your product has any defect or arrived damaged, email us at hola@tantobeauty.com within 48 hours with a photo and we'll sort it out at no cost to you.
